Dr. Tolbert received his degree from The Dental College of Georgia. At the time of his graduation, he had received over 200 hours of CE in implantology and fixed prosthodontics, and his passion for learning didn’t stop there. He then went on to pursue education internationally, learning to treat moderate to severely atrophic maxillae through Full Arch Club in their in person lectures and live surgical courses in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Dr. Tolbert has served as a clinical director for a 36-location DSO and has trained dozens of doctors in the art of full arch implantology. His interests include digital full arch dentistry, remote anchorage, and the business of full arch exclusive offices.

Dr. Soren Paape’s academic journey began with a degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, followed by his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University. He further honed his surgical skills through a year-long externship at Aurora and Froedtert hospitals in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dedicated to continuous professional growth, Dr. Paape actively pursues advanced education and training in surgery, implantology, bone grafting, restorative dentistry, and digital dentistry.
Dr. Paape is a distinguished member of several esteemed dental organizations, including the American Dental Association (ADA), the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. His expertise in implantology is further recognized through his fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Paape has played a pivotal role in mentoring and training fellow dental professionals. As a former clinical director, he has trained doctors across more than 30 offices and currently serves as a mentor at the Colorado Surgical Institute. His dedication to advancing implant dentistry is evident in his completion of over 500 hours of continuing education in implant-related procedures.
Dr. Paape is now an owner of Smile Now Dental Group, a multi-location dental support organization (DSO) specializing in fixed implant rehabilitation. With six locations, Smile Now Dental Group is committed to providing cutting-edge implant solutions and transformative patient care.
